BERTINI SHOES ships orders via UPS only, Monday thru Friday. We offer three different choices for your convenience. You will receive a shipping confirmation email from us when your item ships. In that email you will receive a UPS tracking number that will allow you to track your order's progress via the UPS Online tools available at http://www.ups.com.
